You’ve already planned most of your wedding, chosen your venue and vendors, and made the key decisions. Now you need someone to take over what you’ve created, review every aspect of the plan and guide you through the final stages leading up to your wedding day.

Wedding Day Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding independently but want to place the final coordination in the hands of a local professional.

My work begins a few months before the wedding:

​

• we’ll go through everything you’ve planned and all the decisions you’ve made so far;

• together, we’ll make sure every aspect has been covered;

• I’ll connect with all the vendors involved and gather everything I need to coordinate the day.

Because choosing the right vendors doesn’t automatically make them a team.

My role is to bring everyone together, coordinating their work, timings and requirements so that each person knows what needs to happen, when it needs to happen and how their role fits into the wedding you’ve envisioned.

When your wedding day arrives, you won’t be the ones checking schedules, managing vendors or keeping an eye on what’s happening behind the scenes. I’ll be your point of reference, coordinating people, timings and every part of the day, so that your only focus can be being fully present and enjoying it with the people who matter most to you.
